Lemon Garlic Baked Fish

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– 4 (6 oz) fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Juice of 2 lemons
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Lay the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic mixture over them.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to use any white fish you like. Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
