โ 4 lobster tails
โ 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
โ 1 tablespoon olive oil
โ 1/3 cup unsalted butter
โ Juice of half a lemon
โ 1 teaspoon lemon zest
โ 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
โ Pinch of paprika (optional, for color)

1. Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat through the slit, resting it on top of the shell while still attached at the base.
3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.
5. Brush the garlic lemon butter generously over the lobster meat. Sprinkle with paprika if using.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
