1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add white wine (if using) and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
