 Ingredients:

2 cups seafood broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
2 servings ramen noodles
8 oz cooked lobster, peeled and sliced
2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

In a medium pot, combine seafood broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the miso dissolves.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Once the broth is hot and flavorful, add the cooked lobster slices and allow them to warm in the broth for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the cooked noodles into bowls and pour the hot lobster broth over them.
Top each bowl with lobster slices, a halved soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Garnish with red pepper flakes for extra spice if desired.
Serve immediately with chopsticks. Enjoy!
