Lobster Tails and Seared Scallops in Garlic Butter Elegance

Main Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
1/2 lb large scallops (cleaned and patted dry)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1️⃣: Season the Seafood
Pat lobster tails and scallops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2️⃣: Sear the Scallops
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 3️⃣: Cook the Lobster Tails
Add the lobster tails to the same skillet, flesh side down. Sear for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Flip and cook shell side down for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 4️⃣: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Lower the heat to medium and melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and mix well.
Step 5️⃣: Combine and Garnish
Return the lobster tails and scallops to the skillet. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the seafood. Cook for 1-2 more minutes to reheat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
