1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
– Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
– Take kitchen shears and cut lengthwise along the top shell of each lobster tail. Carefully pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.
– In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic (for the lobster), lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
– Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
– Position the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and slightly golden.

2. Sear the Scallops:
– Use a paper towel to pat the scallops dry, then season with salt and black pepper.
– Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
– Carefully add the scallops to the skillet, searing them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully golden and caramelized.
– During the last minute of cooking, add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the scallops for extra flavor.

3. Plate and Serve:
– Arrange your lovely lobster tails and perfectly seared scallops on a serving plate.
– Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
– Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.
