1. Prepare the lobster:
If your lobster is frozen, ensure it’s completely thawed before starting. Carefully extract the meat from the shells and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the lobster:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lobster chunks to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

3. Create the garlic butter sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to let it brown. If you’d like, you can substitute a splash of broth to add depth to the flavor. Allow it to reduce for about 2 minutes. Then mix in the lemon juice, fresh thyme, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, letting it simmer gently for another minute.

4. Combine the lobster with the sauce:
Return the sautéed lobster chunks to the skillet and gently stir to coat them thoroughly in the fragrant garlic butter sauce. Allow everything to simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes so the flavors meld beautifully. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper, if desired.

5. Finish and serve:
Transfer the luxurious lobster bites to a serving platter. Generously spoon the aromatic garlic butter sauce over the lobster and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve alongside lemon wedges for an extra burst of citrusy flavor.
