16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
1 cup marshmallow fluff
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
For Topping:
Extra marshmallow fluff, lightly torched (optional)
Fresh berries or chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:
Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. Whip the Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Assemble & Chill:
Spread filling over the crust. Swirl extra marshmallow fluff on top and torch lightly (if using).
Refrigerate for 4+ hours (or overnight) until set.
