Mediterranean Smoked Salmon Breakfast Plate

4 oz (115g) smoked salmon
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
6-8 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
6-8 Kalamata olives
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp black sesame seeds
Fresh dill, for garnish
Salt & black pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the Eggs: Boil eggs for 7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath, peel, and halve.
2️⃣ Assemble the Plate: Arrange smoked salmon, avocado slices, tomato slices, boiled eggs, mozzarella balls, and olives on a plate.
3️⃣ Season & Garnish: Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle red pepper flakes, black sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper. Garnish with fresh dill.
