New York-Style Seafood Pan with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, halved
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb crab legs, cracked
1 lb mussels, cleaned
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 lemon wedges
2 corn on the cob, boiled or grilled
1 small container of dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the seafood: Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Clean and devein the shrimp, crack the crab legs, and clean the mussels.
Cook the seafood: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the crab legs and lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes. Add the shrimp and mussels in the last 3-4 minutes, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the mussels open. Drain the seafood and set aside.
Make the garlic butter sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Combine and coat: Add the cooked seafood to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat each piece in the flavorful garlic butter sauce.
Prepare the corn: While the seafood cooks, boil or grill the corn on the cob until tender, and set aside.
Serve: Arrange the seafood in a large aluminum tray, topping with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for color. Place the corn on the cob alongside, and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
Enjoy this indulgent seafood feast with rich buttery flavor, perfect for a special gathering or celebration!
