1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
1 onion, chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the vegetables:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion.
Season the mixture:

Combine with sausage:
