Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz penne pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, then slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
