Ingredients:

– 1 large watermelon
– 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
– 8 ounces blueberries
– Balsamic glaze for drizzling

 

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Watermelon
– Cut the watermelon into ½”-¾” rounds to create large “wheels.” This will help you get the most whole stars out of each slice. Ensure the watermelon isn’t thicker than your cookie cutter for easy removal.

Step 2: Cut Watermelon Stars
– Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from the watermelon rounds.

Step 3: Assemble the Appetizer
– Lay the watermelon stars on a flat serving platter. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of each star.

Step 4: Add Blueberries and Glaze
– Drizzle balsamic glaze over each star and add a few skewered blueberries on top.

Step 5: Serve
– Serve chilled for a refreshing treat that’s perfect for gatherings!
