1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Toss sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add black pepper, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
Return beef to the pan and toss everything together. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
