2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Biscuits
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands.
4. Add the Filling
Place a small handful of shredded mozzarella and a spoonful of mini pepperoni in the center of each flattened biscuit.
5. Form the Bombs
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
6. Brush with Butter Mixture
Brush each pizza bomb generously with the seasoned melted butter mixture.
7. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Optional Finishing Touch
Brush with a little extra butter topping after baking or serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
