Ingredients:
β 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
β 2 eggs
β 1/4 cup oil
β 1 cup sugar
β 1/2 cup brown sugar
β 2 cups flour
β 2 tsp baking soda
β 1/2 tsp salt
Icing:
β 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
β 1 cup butter
β 1 1/2 cups sugar
β 2 cups shredded coconut
β 1 cup chopped pecans
β 1 tsp vanilla
β 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ΒΊF. Grease a 9Γ13 dish.
Mix cake ingredients, pour into dish, bake for 25-30 mins.
Boil icing ingredients, simmer for 10 mins, stir in coconut & pecans.
Pour icing over hot cake. Let cool, then enjoy
