Ingredients:
Pineapple Slush Layer:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup pineapple juice (or coconut water)
1–2 tbsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
Squeeze of lime juice (optional, for brightness)
Strawberry Slush Layer:
2 cups frozen strawberries
½ cup lemonade or water
1–2 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
Few fresh mint leaves (optional, for a cool twist)
Instructions:
1. Blend Pineapple Slush:
In a blender, combine all pineapple slush ingredients. Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a bowl or cup and set aside in the freezer.
2. Blend Strawberry Slush:
Rinse blender (or use a second one), then blend all strawberry slush ingredients until smooth.
3. Layer & Swirl:
In a glass, alternate spooning in layers of pineapple and strawberry slush. Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the layers — don’t overmix!
4. Serve Immediately:
Garnish with fresh fruit, a pineapple wedge, or a strawberry on the rim.
