Savor the delightful blend of juicy beef patties topped with flavorful pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, and spicy pepperoni, all nestled in a toasted bun.

Ingredients :

Ground beef, 1 pound.

Slices pepperoni, 16-24.

Pizza sauce, 1/2 cup.

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

4 hamburger buns, split and toasted.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Instructions :

In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with Italian herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into four patties and set aside for a brief moment.

Prepare your grill or grilling pan while also heating the broiler to medium-high.

Lay the split buns on a baking sheet, toasting them under the broiler until golden, then remove the tops and set aside.
