Ingredients:
1 pork loin (approximately 1 kg)
250 ml Natural Orange Juice
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons (or brown sugar)
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of ginger (powdered or fresh)
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
Delicious Marinade: In a large bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, mustard, crushed garlic cloves, pan, ginger, onion powder, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well so that the marinade is homogeneous.
Let the loin rest: Place the pork loin in an oven-friendly container and cover with the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes to soak in the flavors well.
Sealing the meat: Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high temperature. Eat the loin all over until it’s a golden and appetizing color. Remove from the fire and place back in the container with the marinade.
Oven Cooking: Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the tenderloin for 50 minutes, spraying the tenderloin with the sauce every 15 minutes so that it glaze evenly.
Cutting and Presentation: Once cooked, remove the sirloin from the oven and place it on a cutting board. Slice it up and serve with sauce on top.
Preparation time: 1 hour
