* 500 g pork tenderloin (1 lb), sliced into medallions
* 2 tbsp butter (30 g)
* 200 g mushrooms, sliced
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 150 ml cream
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Parsley for garnish
Instructions:

1. Sear pork medallions in butter until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
3. Add cream and simmer until thickened. Return pork and cook 5 more minutes.
4. Season, garnish with parsley, and serve with potatoes.
