1 kg pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 190°C.

Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and fresh rosemary.

Season the pork tenderloin: Brush the tenderloin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the marinade: Coat the pork tenderloin with the mustard mixture, making sure to coat it well on all sides. ️

Sea the pork: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 2 to 3 minutes per side). Then, place it in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C. ⏱️

Rest and Slice: Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Slice and serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
