Prawns sautéed with garlic and chili

600 g of raw prawns (6 prawns per person)

4 cloves of garlic (20 g)

️ 1 small fresh red pepper (10 g)

2 tbsp. s. chopped fresh parsley (10 g)

½ tsp. c. salt

⚫ ¼ tsp. c. black pepper

1 lemon (juice + zest)

3 tbsp. s. olive oil (45 ml)

Shell the prawns leaving the tail, remove the dorsal gut

Finely chop the garlic

️ Slice the chili pepper (remove the seeds for less strength)

Squeeze the lemon, keep a little zest

In a salad bowl, mix the garlic, chili pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil

Add the prawns, coat them well with the marinade, leave to rest for 5 mins

Heat a large skillet over high heat

Place the prawns and their marinade, cook for 2 minutes on each side until nicely browned

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon zest

Serve immediately hot
