Ingredients:

12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta, salmon, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to combine and coat everything evenly with the Alfredo sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
