Savor Garlic butter lobster tail & seared scallops

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

2 lobster tails cut in half.

8 large scallops.

3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

4 cloves of garlic, minced.

1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Lemon wedges for garnish.

 

Instructions

Melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the lobster tails, shell side down, for 5-6 minutes, basting with garlic butter.

In the same pan, sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.

Serve hot with lemon wedges
