1 ribeye, filet mignon, or porterhouse steak, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish), 1 lobster tail, split in half, 2 tbsp butter, melted, 1 tsp garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness), 1/2 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

1. Prepare the Steak: Let the steak rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter and baste for extra flavor. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
2. Cook the Lobster Tail: Preheat oven to broil (high). Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell while keeping it attached. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Broil for 6-8 minutes until the lobster is opaque and slightly golden. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese (optional).
3. Assemble & Serve: Plate the steak alongside the broiled lobster tail. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Pair with roasted potatoes, garlic butter asparagus, or a creamy mashed potato side.
