1/2 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled
1/2 lb mussels, cleaned
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges and parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season salmon, shrimp, and mussels with salt and pepper. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes, shrimp for 2-3 minutes, and mussels until they open (discard unopened ones).
In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic powder, and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan until melted.
Toss cooked pasta and seafood in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve with lemon wedges and parsley on top.
