Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
2 boiled eggs, sliced (white only)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Sesame seeds (toasted)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.Prepare the ingredients: Marinate the shrimp with a pinch of salt, pepper and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2.Blanch the broccoli: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Remove and immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking and retain their vibrant green color.
3.Stir-fry: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink and cooked through (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
4.Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water.
5.Add the sauce: Pour the sauce over the broccoli and stir until it thickens.
6.Combine ingredients: Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir to combine.
7.Add boiled eggs: Gently fold in the sliced boiled eggs.
8.Season: Sprinkle with sesame seeds,Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
9.Serve: Serve the stir-fry over rice
