Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound linguine pasta
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grape juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook pasta: Boil linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Sauté shrimp: In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes).
Deglaze and simmer: Pour in grape juice and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and bake: Stir in cooked pasta, parsley, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
Finish and serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
