450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined,
450 g smoked sausage, sliced,
2 cups of broccoli florets,
1 red pepper, sliced,

Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and rice vinegar. Book up. ,
COOK the sausages: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Pick up and reserve. ,
COOK the shrimp: Add another spoonful of olive oil to the pan. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Pick up and reserve. ,
SAUT the vegetables: In the same pan, add the broccoli and red pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but crispy. ,
COMBINE and Slow Cooker: Return Sausages and Shrimp to the Pan. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the mixture and stir to cover. If using corn, add the mixture and slow cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. ,
SERVE: Decorate with sesame seeds and chives. Serve hot over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Enjoy them !
