Ingredients:

*For the Steak Bites:*
– 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp dried thyme
*For the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:*
– 12 oz penne pasta
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
– ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
– ½ cup grated Parmesan
– 2 tbsp butter
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper

 

Instructions:

1. *Cook the Steak Bites* as directed in the first recipe.

2. *Make the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:*
– Cook penne according to package instructions.
– In a saucepan, melt butter over *medium heat*. Add garlic powder and paprika.
– Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
– Add Pepper Jack, cheddar, and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
– Toss in cooked penne.

3. *Serve:*
– Plate steak bites with the creamy
