Ingredients :

2 steaks de boeuf
200 grams of peeled shrimp
3 cloves of garlic
60 g de beurre
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions :

Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your liking (about 4-5 minutes on each side for cooking point).
While cooking steaks, melt the butter in another skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and simmer until golden brown.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
Serve the steaks topped with garlic butter shrimp, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
