1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
3. Stir in potatoes, cabbage, broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
