1 (12 oz) ribeye steak
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 large eggs
1 cup diced potatoes
½ red bell pepper, chopped ️
½ green bell pepper, chopped ️
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 biscuit
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Steak – Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Finish with a pat of butter and chopped parsley, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Sauté the Shrimp – In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside once they turn pink.
3. Prepare the Hash Browns – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate skillet. Add the diced potatoes and bell peppers, cooking for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Season to taste. ️
4. Scramble the Eggs – Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. In a non-stick pan, melt 1 tsp butter and gently scramble the eggs until soft and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Plate & Serve – Arrange the steak on a plate and top with shrimp. Serve with scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes, and a warm biscuit. Garnish with fresh parsley.
