Steak & Shrimp Loaded Baked Potato

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb steak, cubed
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 1 hour.
2. Season steak and shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes. Remove.
4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side.
5. Cut open baked potatoes, fluff insides with a fork.
6. Top with cheese, steak, shrimp, sour cream, and green onions. Serve hot.
