Steak with Creamy Shrimp and Lobster Sauce

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

* 4 steaks (ribeye, filet mignon, or your choice)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
5. Add shrimp and lobster meat to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
6. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Return steaks to the skillet, spooning the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce over them.
9. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

* Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
* Adjust the cooking time for steaks based on preferred doneness.
