Ingredients:

Crust:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup sugarCheesecake Base:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour creamStrawberry Crunch Topping:

1 cup crushed Golden Oreos

2 tbsp melted butter

1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O mixBanana Pudding Layer:

1 cup cold milk

1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 banana, sliced (optional, for layering)

Extra vanilla wafers for garnish/layering

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).2. Mix crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers), sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.3. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.4. Pour the mixture over the pre-baked crust and smooth the top.

3. Bake the Cheesecake:

1. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45–50 minutes or until the center is just set.2. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it cool for 1 hour.3. Then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5. Prepare the Banana Pudding Layer:

1. In a bowl, whisk together cold milk and banana pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).

3. Optional: Add banana slices between layers when assembling.
