Ingredients:

3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz burrata cheese (2 medium balls)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (or reduction)

Sea salt, to taste

Cracked black pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

Arrange sliced peaches, heirloom tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes on a large serving platter.

Tear the burrata gently and place chunks evenly across the salad.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish generously with fresh basil leaves.

Serve immediately at room temperature for best flavor.
