Ingredients:
4 filet mignon steaks
4 lobster tails
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season filets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear filets for 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer filets to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare.
In another skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and add remaining butter.
Pour in white wine and cook until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Serve filets topped with lobster and sprinkle with parsley.
