Instructions
Prep the IngredientsSeason steak cubes, shrimp, and scallops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the PotatoesPreheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook potatoes for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Grill the Seafood & SteakIn the same pan, melt butter and sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove, then cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Finally, grill steak cubes for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Assemble the Platter️Arrange potatoes, scallops, shrimp, and steak cubes on a plate in a circular pattern. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
