2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
2 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup milk
2 cups broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Steak: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp butter for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes .
Prepare Lobster: Split lobster tails, brush with 2 tbsp melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8-10 minutes until opaque .
Make Mac & Cheese: Cook macaroni per package instructions. In a pot, melt 1 tbsp butter, add milk and cheese, stir until creamy, then mix in pasta .
Steam Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until tender-crisp .
Serve: Plate steak topped with a shrimp, alongside lobster, mac & cheese, and broccoli. Enjoy!
