1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet with the shrimp and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss everything together, and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest before serving.
