2 slices sourdough bread
2 beef patties (100g each)
2 tbsp butter
2 slices cheddar cheese
3 pickles (sliced)
½ small red onion (sliced)
1 tbsp burger sauce
1 small tomato (sliced)
Salt & pepper

Season & cook the beef patties.
Toast buttered sourdough bread on a skillet.
Melt cheese on top of each patty.
Stack the burger with bread, sauce, patty, cheese, tomato, onion, pickles, another patty, and top bread.
Serve with a side of crispy fries or slaw!
