– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Tortillas
– Fresh cilantro (optional)
– Salsa (optional)

1. First, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté them until they’re nice and soft.
2. Now, toss in the black beans, cooked rice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and cook until heated through.
3. While that’s happening, warm your tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Once everything is ready, spoon that delicious bean mixture onto the warmed tortillas. Don’t forget to add fresh cilantro and salsa if you like a little extra zest!
