Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
4 burger buns
Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, or honey mustard

1. Make the Patties:
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, spinach, cheddar, garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until combined.
Shape into 4 burger patties.
2. Cook the Burgers:
Stovetop:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature).
Grill:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side.
3. Assemble & Serve:
Toast burger buns if desired.
Add lettuce, tomato, red onion, and your favorite sauce.
