Ingredients:
– 200g spaghetti or linguine
– 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 150g crab meat, fresh or canned
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
– Parmesan cheese, grated, for serving
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the seafood and add heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy seafood sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
