6 large flour tortillas
1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoni (or mini pepperoni)
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp dried parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Assemble the Pizza Roll-Ups:
Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tbsp marinara sauce evenly over it.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and slice into 2-inch pieces.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
2. Shape the Wreath:
Arrange the pizza roll-ups in a circle shape in the air fryer basket, keeping them close together so they form a wreath.
3. Air Fry Until Crispy:
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
While they cook, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
4. Brush & Serve:
Brush the warm pizza rolls with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
