– 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish

- In a bowl, mix the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add beef broth, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
