First, rub the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until it’s fragrant. Next, add the salmon fillets and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. After that, throw in the shrimp and cook them until they’re pink, which should take about 2 to 3 minutes. Finish by squeezing some fresh lemon juice over the seafood just before serving. This dish pairs beautifully with either steamed veggies or rice.
