Ingredients:

3 large eggs

3–4 slices crispy bacon

2 breakfast sausages

2 slices cooked ham or beef (optional)

1 small tomato, sliced

Fresh parsley for garnish

1 tbsp butter

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

 

Method:

Cook Bacon and Sausages: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy and sausages until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet, melt butter, then add beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Stir gently until just set and creamy.

Prepare Extras: Quickly sear ham or beef slices if using.

Assemble Plate: Arrange scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, and tomato slices on a plate.

Garnish: Sprinkle eggs with a little paprika and parsley before serving hot!
