Creamy Honey Buffalo Steak Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cooked and sliced

12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni work best)

1 cup buffalo sauce

½ cup honey

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups spinach (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. Prepare Sauce:

In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil.

Stir in the buffalo sauce, honey, and heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.

Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Let simmer for about 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

4. Add Spinach (Optional):

If using spinach, add it to the sauce and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.

5. Combine Pasta and Steak:

In a large bowl or directly in a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, sliced steak, and sauce. Mix until everything is well coated.

6. Transfer to Baking Dish:

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle with a little extra cheddar or Parmesan on top, if desired.

7. Bake:

Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.

8. Serve:

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions for freshness if desired.
